For most websites we design, it takes between 3-6 weeks from the kick-off invoice being paid to final delivery. The biggest factor in website development time is asset collection. That is, getting the files (images, text, etc.) from the client, or creating/capturing them ourselves. The fastest websites we create are when the client has all their files, assets, and branding ready to go.

What do we mean by brand identity? Well, to us that is the logo, icon, and wordmark that your company is defined by. It also includes things like font selection and color pallette. Sometimes it also includes things like vehicle wraps, t-shirts, stickers, letterhead, and more! We believe good branding makes good websites, as well as successful businesses. All this might sound incredibly complicated, but we make it easy and fun!

We believe that domain names (like "ExampleSite.com") are property in the most literal sense. So we don't want to own your property for you. (It sounds weird just saying it out loud!) Be careful of any design agencies that offer to do this for you. They may try to hold your domain hostage if you ever try to leave their service! We don't play that game here. You own your property, we just build the buildings on that property.
We believe that hosting is just as important as an awesome website design. The way we build websites they are finely tuned to run on one of our servers to offer the best possible performance. For that reason we don't offer a way to self-host the sites we build. It would probably be frustrating and not productive for either of us.
We're fully aware that our hosting isn't the cheapest out there, but it's because we don't cut corners like many web hosts do. Trust us. We've tried their services before and we have ALWAYS regretted it. Some of them work great when you first start using them, but then they start to cut corners to save a buck and suddenly your fast, secure website becomes slow, or worse, hacked! We stopped using shared, partially-managed web hosts because we value your time and investment.
Our primary servers are located in Dallas, TX. Additionally we can provision servers across the world and add them to our CDN (Content Delivery Network) if needed.
